Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order:
0- $29.99= $7.95 shipping charge
$30 - $39.99 = $9.95 shipping charge
$40 - $79.99 = $10.95 shipping charge
$80 - $124.99 = $13.95 shipping charge
$125 - $199.99 = $14.95 shipping charge
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200
Additional shipping charges will be added for heavy and/or large items. Complete shipping charges will appear after billing info has been added.
Shipping Carriers and Processing Times
Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground Service or FedEx Ground depending on products ordered. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. When your shipment is sent out you will receive an email with a tracking number which you will then be able to track through the UPS or FedEx Website.

Return Policy and Procedure
If you are not happy after your initial inspection with quality, materials or workmanship, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number to have your product returned.
Food and water products can not be returned to be sold by law. If the food and/or water products are damaged, we will replace them. A refund will not be issued for the food and water products if you would like to return a survival kit. For all non-defective returns, food and water products will not be refunded.
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a mis-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in its' original packaging and re-sellable condition.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number issued within 10 days of delivery for a full refund*. Product must be received in its' original condition and within 30 days of the issuance of the RA number, or it cannot be accepted for return. Certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned to them, where other merchandise will be returned to the distributor. Use the link below to request a Return Authorization Number. Please include your name, phone number, order number, merchandise to be returned and reason for return.
Returns must be shipped back PREPAID* by you. The applicable warehouse address will be provided with your RA Number depending on the item.
*Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
